What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add, along with the service, date and time you selected. If you create an account, we store the login identity provided by your email or Google sign-in.
Payments
Deposits and card payments are processed by Square. Card numbers are entered in Square's secure payment form and are never sent to or stored by us. We keep only the payment reference, amount and status so we can apply your deposit to your service total.
How we use your information
To confirm and manage appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, keep an accurate visit and payment history, and improve scheduling. We do not sell your information.
Access and deletion
You can view your appointment history any time in your account. To correct or delete your information, contact the shop and we'll take care of it.
